COMPREHENSIVE SHOPFITTING SERVICES

The G Spot Projects has over 18 years of experience in residential renovation, commercial, office and retail fit-outs based within the Western Cape. We provide a professional turnkey solution whereby we design, manufacture, assemble and install projects nationwide. Our qualified tradesmen develop a close working relationship with our clients to provide superior quality work carried out in a proficient manner using only the highest quality materials and a personal touch that simply many do not.

Shopfitting is what we do best & we are fortunate to have worked with a variety of retail clients, architects & designers over the years. We can provide a bespoke shopfitting service from a small facelift or remodel to a complete rip out & fit-out.

DESIGN SERVICES

Ideally, you will have your design & drawings ready for us to quote from, however, we are able to produce drawings & give advice on designs and materials with our in-house expertise, AutoCAD, and 3D software. We can work with your drawings and when required are able to adapt them to suit your desired vision.

MANUFACTURE

With our workshops, we can manufacture all the joinery elements of your shop fit. Our team of highly skilled & experienced bench joiners

teamed with the latest CNC technology and finishing spray booth,

provide a complete service.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT

We offer a dedicated project manager to oversee your project from start to finish. We will produce a program of works with a timeline and provide regular site meetings and updates as the project progress.

BUILD

The G Spot site team is unique as we employ our tradesmen which consists of joiners, plasterers, ceiling fixers, air conditioning installers, electricians, plumbers, tilers, floor layers & decorators. This means we have a knowledgeable & experienced team ready to start work on your fit-out. We would sub-contract all signage works & where required, other specialist works like aluminium shop fronts & refrigeration. We can help with all these services as our wealth of knowledge has forged some good working relationships with a variety of suppliers.

SUPPORT

Once you’re open and trading, we’ll continue to support you with your plans. We provide up to 3 months of remedial repairs and if you need it further down the line, we can offer refresh works to keep you looking like new.

QUANTITY SURVEYING

G Spot’s quantity surveying and cost consultancy department provides a modern, dynamic approach, understanding the need for effective cost management whilst recognising best value. Our in-house QS works collaboratively with our clients to enable us to provide a full and comprehensive cost consultancy service that is fully integrated with the design and construction process from inception through to completion and beyond.

We offer independent and impartial cost consultancy advice across a variety of construction sectors. We work closely with you to understand your core objectives and constraints whilst proactively managing construction costs from the outset to mitigate financial risk to safeguard and deliver maximum return on your investments.

G Spot also provides this service to Sub Contractors as a valuable service.
